Smartur digital tickets can be downloaded as PDF and transmitted to the customer via email.

You can download and save or print the PDF file.

Reservation and ticket information is transmitted to the customer via email.

The QR code on the ticket opens the reservation tracking page; it does not perform a check-in process at the event entrance.
